Pilates
Pilates is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise with more than 10 million participants. At Epiphany we offer Pilates Reformer Classes on a daily basis and have Certified Pilates instructors on staff. Our Pilates studio features six reformers and five chairs by Balanced Body. Classes are available for two to six people, with circuit classes for up to eight! Private sessions and duets are also available.
