In our potpourri session, Sianna and Kenny will take us through a wide array of poses, including standing, arm balances and hip openers followed by a long Savasana. Find the open-hearted resonance of deep inner joy. This will begin as a fun, up-tempo class and then fold into a nourishing practice to sooth and restore all levels of the Self.

Unresolved issues from the past may cause the heart to shut down. If left unattended, this disruption in the flow of love, carried across generations, ripples into the shadows of the family landscape often emerging as illness, emotional difficulties, and broken relationships. A kind of “living map,” Family Constellations provides a creative and profound way of seeing into these hidden dynamics that shape our lives and the suffering we experience. It is a unique, phenomenological approach to healing old wounds, and has the potential to touch us on a deep energetic level, often leading to a transformation in our lives and the lives of those around us. How it works: This is an experiential process whereby members of the group are chosen to represent actual family members or aspects of an issue and are positioned in the room. Invisible loyalties and other information are brought to the surface. As new, healthy images of the family system emerge, genuine love and strength can flow again in a liberating way.
